Refund policy
We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty on all wood bats. Each bat is hand selected from pro grade wood to reduce grain lines where a split might occur. We inspect every bat for defects before crafting our bats. Wood products are prone to breaking with normal use. However, we understand the frustration when your new bat breaks regardless of reason. Therefore, we will fully refund or replace your bat within 30 days of purchase. If you choose a replacement, this is one time replacement. We will not provide any warranty for the replacement bat. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase. We will not refund shipping cost.
Primary reason for damage is hitting balls of an area that is prone to breaking - handle or cup.
To begin a replacement or refund, send us an email razorbillbats@gmail.com with the subject of REFUND or REPLACEMENT. Please include images of the broken bat and bat model number. We want to make sure you are satisfied with our product and will do everything we can to make things right.
